Vane is President and CEO of KPA, joining the company in September 2006. He brings KPA 15 years of experience in successfully building profitable, growth companies as President/CEO.

Prior to KPA, Vane was President of ZOLL Data Systems, an enterprise software subsidiary of ZOLL Medical Corporation ($400M in Sales - NASDAQ: ZOLL). While at ZOLL, the team launched a highly successful, user-friendly .NET Tablet software application and acquired a human resource software solution to expand the suite of products offered to the ambulance & fire public safety markets. His team was able to drive efficiency throughout the organization to increase the revenue per employee 50%, from $128K to $192K in 2.5 years.

Earlier in his career, Vane managed a sales team for Raychem ($1.7B in Sales), a division of Tyco Electronics. Vane started his career with John Deere as a R&D test engineer.

Vane holds a B.S. in Agricultural/Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Gabe is CFO of KPA, joining the company in April 2007. He brings to KPA 12 years of finance experience in the industries of software, technology, manufacturing and agri-business. Gabe has worked for and audited private and public companies and is a licensed CPA in the State of Colorado.

Gabe has held several controller positions, recently at Intrado, Inc. where he held senior finance positions as corporate controller, in charge of SEC reporting and supporting a sales group responsible for $284MM in contracts, providing all pricing and negotiations support.

Prior to Intrado, Gabe was a Senior Manager with KPMG in the Boulder, Colorado office. Gabe holds a B.S. in Political Science, a B.S. and Masters of Accounting from the University of Florida.

Bill is Vice President of Operations at KPA. Bill has over 20 years of proven success in leading operations, managing customer relationships and account direction, including business process reengineering in start-up to Fortune 100 companies. Prior to joining KPA Bill was VP of Operations for Convergys Corporation for their Government and New Market Division. His responsibilities included the USPS and Medicare Accounts. Prior to Convergys he worked at Finali Corporation and Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and managed clients, including First Data Corp., Cendant, Saab, Toshiba, Maxtor, EDS facility Systems, Philip Morris, Nestle' and Pepsi. Mr. Duclos has also led business development teams that successfully sold over $104 million in customer care solutions.

While at Finali, Bill was responsible for developing and implementing the company's operational infrastructure, and for managing ongoing operations, including client relationships, operational delivery, HR, Training and P&L's.

At EDS, Bill was the Western Regional Client Delivery Executive responsible for 7 customer contact centers with over 1,300 employees and an annual budget of $67 million. His responsibilities included all client relationship management, operations and business development.

Bill earned his B.A. in Finance Risk and Insurance from Michigan State University.

Patric is Vice President of Marketing of KPA, joining the company in April 2009. He brings KPA more than 20 years of enterprise and application software business consulting, product management and product marketing.

Prior to joining KPA, Patric was Senior Director Industry & Product Marketing at Infor, the world's third largest business software company with 70,000 customers and $2.3 billion revenue. He provided leadership and strategic direction to develop and drive Infor's go to market strategy for four major product lines.

In earlier positions, Patric was Director for CRM Product Marketing at Infor, and Director of Product Marketing and Product Management and Principal Architect at SSA Global and the Baan Company. Earlier experiences include visiting professor Managerial Planning & Control at Riga Business School in Latvia, Consultant Distribution Logistics at AMT Ireland, Marie Curie Research Fellow at the National University of Ireland, and consultant at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Patric holds a M.Sc. degree in Computer Science and a Doctorate in Industrial Engineering & Management Science.

John Hansen is Vice President of Technology at KPA. John heads up product research and development for the myKPAOnline, HotlinkHR, and all TK Carsites products. He is also responsible for all internal and production IT activities. He has over 25 years’ experience in hardware and software development specializing in web and mobile technologies leveraging agile development methodologies. Prior to KPA, John worked in the aerospace, telecommunications, financial and engineering sectors as a software developer, consultant, and technology leader. John was VP of Technology at BoldTech Systems and MWH Global providing technology leadership and strategic direction. Most recently, John had senior leadership roles heading up the Product Architecture and Development for Comverse, Inc. in the telecommunications software industry.

Todd is Vice President of Sales at KPA, joining the company in January 2008. Todd brings over 20 years of automotive industry experience to KPA. As Vice President of Sales, he is responsible for the company's national strategic sales growth and for implementing a consultative solution-based sales approach.

Previously, Todd spent 11 years at Newgen Results Corporation where he held several Director-level Sales and Professional Development Leadership roles. At Newgen, Todd successfully led both national and regional teams to consistently over-deliver on profitable growth and customer retention plans. As a District Manager early in his tenure, Todd set sales records that still stand today.

Todd holds a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.

Richard Valenta is Vice President of Internet Marketing Products of KPA and Founder of TK Carsites. Richard co-founded TK Carsites in 2001 and led the acquisition of the company by KPA in October 2011. Richard is responsible for advancing the vision of the TK Carsites product line of helping car dealers deliver their unique selling opportunities to consumers via the Internet. Richard has over 22 years of leadership experience within the automotive and consumer finance industries, having held executive and corporate officer positions in the sub-prime auto lending market.

Prior to KPA and TK Carsites, Richard served as Vice President and Regional Manager for Fidelity Financial Services where he was responsible for over $250M in assets and over 200 employees across five districts in California, Hawaii and Guam. During his tenure with Fidelity, Richard was awarded Regional Manager of the Year in both 1994 and 1995 for achieving the highest growth, lowest losses and largest profit of any region in the company.

Eric is Vice President of Product and Business Development at KPA. Eric researches and develops changes and additions to KPA's Environmental, Health, and Service offerings. He joined the company in 1995 as a field engineer, rising to Manager of KPA's Western region before advancing to his current position.

Prior to joining KPA, Eric worked as a field chemist and project manager for a hazardous waste disposal contractor at military installations across the US. He oversaw a team responsible for the sampling, characterization, and shipment of wastes ranging from surplus rocket fuel to tritium-contaminated Q-tips used to clean nuclear warheads.

Eric earned his B.S. in Environmental Toxicology from the University of California at Davis in California.

Brian is Vice President of Human Resources at KPA. Brian is responsible for establishing overall KPA policy and strategy related to compensation, benefits, labor policy, executive and employee staffing, employee relations, ethics, company culture/environment and human resource compliance efforts.

Previously, Brian worked at Centex Destination Properties, a Fortune 200 company, where he was in charge of Human Resources for the West Division which covered the western half of the United States. He authored and implemented their Performance Management System across the division. In addition, he has worked for national companies like Home Depot, Sodexho Marriott and the largest REIT in the United States, AIMCO.

Brian earned two Bachelor of Arts Degrees from the University of Northern Colorado in Human Relations and Journalism.

JD is responsible for overseeing the direction of digital marketing for the TK Carsites product line for automotive dealerships as well as for non-auto dealer clients under the Hasai brand. He has personally optimized over 150 individual websites and coordinated the optimization of 1000 websites. JD is recognized in the industry as the foremost authority on automotive SEO and is a renowned social media expert.

JD formerly served as the Internet Manager for an automotive dealer group in Oklahoma City, OK where he was responsible for the creation and management of a high volume internet marketing department. Working in this capacity, he acquired his knowledge of SEO before branching out and optimizing other dealers and websites.

Kathryn is the Product Director for KPA’s HotlinkHR product line, joining the company in July 2009. She brings to KPA more than 27 years of Human Resource Management,HRIS product management and product marketing experience. Prior to joining KPA, Kathryn was a Senior Director, Product Management at ADP. With nearly $10 billion in revenues and approximately 570,000 clients, ADP is one of the world’s largest providers of business outsourcing with a wide range of human resource, payroll, tax and benefits administration solutions and is also a leading provider of integrated computing solutions to automotive, heavy truck, motorcycle, marine, recreational vehicle and heavy machinery dealers. While at ADP Kathryn lead the team that developed a patented software application for employee selection.

Kathryn attended Sweet Briar College and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Brad is Director of Internet Marketing Operations at KPA. Brad is responsible for the installation and ongoing support of new and existing KPA Internet Marketing clients. Brad’s focus is providing clients best in class client service through consistent product delivery, enhanced support and performance optimization through a consultative relationship. Brad brings 9+ years of operational best practices, a metric driven performance approach and a strong commitment to customer service to the leadership team.

Brad started at KPA in 2002 as a field engineer delivering KPA’s Environment & Safety products. He was integral in establishing, growing and managing KPA’s Penske Automotive Group account. Brad managed multiple KPA operational districts before joining KPA’s executive team in 2008 and ultimately moving into operations leadership within KPA’s Internet Marketing product line.

Brad holds a BS in Environmental Science from The Ohio State University and earned his MBA from St. Ambrose University in 2001.

John received his Juris Doctorate from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated with great distinction. During law school, John served as Primary Editor of the Transnational Lawyer. Prior to establishing FINE, BOGGS & PERKINS LLP, John was with a national law firm representing management in all aspects of labor and employment law. Among various other responsibilities, John was in charge of civil litigation for a nationwide insurance company underwriting auto dealers, as well as various other insurance carriers offering employment practices liability insurance to auto dealers and other clients.

John has defended numerous large class-action employment lawsuits as well as numerous other litigation matters. He provides preventive training to numerous businesses, as well as the California New Car Dealers Association. He also advises clients on a wide variety of employment issues, including pre-employment screening, employee terminations, employment agreements, discrimination and harassment, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, wage and hour laws, collective bargaining negotiations, drug and alcohol testing, workers' compensation issues, and various other employment-related state and federal laws.

John is also the founder of HotlinkHR, an automated human resources service for vehicle dealers and manufacturers which was acquired by KPA in 2008. The HotlinkHR system is currently in use at hundreds of auto dealers, providing legal compliance for critical human resources requirements.
