Philosophy

Jeannie's Philosophy

I love the KPA vision – Better Workplace. Better Workforce. Better World. Not only is it the vision for our clients but it is our own vision and philosophy. My role within KPA is Vice President of Marketing and I lead the marketing and communications programs. My vision and philosophy for the marketing team are all about the funnel – starting with strong leads in the funnel, programs to better qualify the leads, and sales enablement tools to help them close faster and in higher amounts.

Background

Personal

I live in an amazing state, Colorado, that offers outdoor, cultural, and social activities and I like to take advantage of all of them. I love to ski and spend time in the mountains, go to the theatre and concerts, and have a good laugh at the comedy clubs. I am married and have an adult son and new daughter-in-law and all of these activities are better when I am able to enjoy them with my family.

Education

I have a Bachelors Degree of Journalism from the University of Nebraska, and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of Colorado with an emphasis in marketing.

Experience

Professional

I have over 25 years of experience leading marketing teams, developing strategic communications programs, driving lead generation and qualification, implementing digital marketing, establishing and building brand, and elevating awareness and engagement both in the U.S. and internationally. Prior to joining KPA I led marketing for software, medical device, and telecommunications organizations including IHS, Gambro BCT (now Terumo BCT), ZOLL, CoreSite, and Onvoy. At KPA I have partnered with teams throughout the organization to develop better messaging, build an effective lead generation engine, and re-launch digital communications.
