Learn how to manage problem employees and decrease your liability in the event of termination. Dealing ethically and legally with employee performance issues and when necessary firing non-performing employees is a challenge. This webinar is designed to give you the tools and techniques to improve employee performance and to help reduce the risk of employment litigation when it is necessary to terminate an employee. You will learn how to document employee performance concerns and define plans for improvement. Also learn the ten questions you must be able to answer prior to termination of an employee to reduce your legal liability.
How to prevent them, save money and provide a safe working environment. According to Richard Fairfax, director of OSHA’s directorate of enforcement programs, 81 percent of the violations OSHA recorded throughout the year were either serious or willful violations. The number of top 10 violations has increased almost 30 percent over the same time period in 2008. During the workshop we will discuss the top 10 most cited violations for 2009 for auto dealers and how to address and prevent them:
Presenters: Brian Pasch, President, Pasch Consulting Group, and JD Rucker, CMO, TK Carsites
While most automotive dealers have embraced online marketing to some degree, there are those out there who have excelled at harnessing the full power of the Internet. Marlboro Nissan, a dealership in a small suburb outside of Boston, MA, has put together a gameplan with their marketing partners to drive traffic, dominate the searches, and generate a massive amount of leads. JD Rucker and Brian Pasch will discuss how Marlboro is able to consistently get between 20,000 and 30,000 unique visitors a month and increase their online business exponentially.
