Tamara Lischer is our new Client Advocate and is responsible for ensuring that all clients have the tools, resources and expert advice they need for a successful HR compliance and management program. Tamara has a degree in Human Resource Management and is a certified HR professional with several years of HR consulting experience. Questions about how to most effectively use the HotlinkHR™ system, best practices for essential HR processes or updates on employment regulations these are just a few of the questions Tamara can assist you with.

The Client Advocate program is designed to compliment but not replace our HR Advice line staffed by employment and labor attorneys. With HotlinkHR™ you have multiple resources to ensure you are fully compliant and using best practices for workforce management- at no additional charge.
