Eric Schmitz

Eric Schmitz   Partner, CIVC Partners

Eric is Vice President of Product and Business Development at KPA and the original architect of KPA's myKPAonline EHS system. Eric works with KPA's larger clients and partners to develop new solutions that help to reduce risk and minimize losses. By staying on top of emerging OSHA,EPA, and DOT regulations Eric helps automotive service facilities avoid fines and minimize the impact of lawsuits. Prior to joining KPA, Eric worked as a field chemist and project manager for a hazardous waste disposal contractor across the US. Eric earned his B.S. in Environmental Toxicology from the University of California at Davis.

Peter Zaidel   Environmental Health & Safety Product Director

Peter Zaidel manages KPA’s EHS Product line including new onsite services and myKPAonline development. He monitors EPA, DOT and OSHA regulation changes and heads up KPA’s training content development. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resource Management and Environmental Engineering from Penn State University.

Nick currently resides over KPA’s North Central District, as well as overseeing new engineer training and multiple national accounts. His emphasis has been on working with dealers to not only obtain, but also maintain their compliance programs.
