Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP)
California Business Plan
The State of California requires facilities to submit a Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP) related to the handling and release (or threatened release) of hazardous materials to their local CUPA agency. This plan is commonly known as the "Business Plan".
KPA's expertise in helping facilities comply with California's Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations dates back to 1986; we annually create more HMMP business plans for California vehicle facilities than any other company. When you hire KPA, you can be assured that your Business Plan is completed accurately and delivered on schedule, with only minimal impact on your valuable time.
