KPA’s Elements service is designed for the dealership that needs assistance managing the essential elements of Hazard Communication and Emergency Response programs. This includes written plans prepared by a safety professional to document DOT certifications, fire prevention and evacuation plans, and instant access to all training records. With Elements, your employees get the required training to ensure compliance with both DOT HazMat rules (49 CFR 172, Subpart H) and OSHA Hazard Communication Standards. Elements also includes an MSDS database and facility-specific chemical inventory to help comply with the "Right to Know" requirements.
