Implementation

From the beginning, KPA strives to make your experience with HotlinkHR™ positive, beginning with a defined implementation process to help your organization make a smooth transition to the HotlinkHR™ system. Along the way we will work with you to maximize efficiencies and ensure that all of your human resources processes are compliant. We follow a proven project management methodology to customize our products to ensure set-up, training, and special initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. The average implementation of a complete HR management and compliance program using HotlinkHR™ takes less than 30 days, with many clients using the system within 72 hours for key functions.

Training

HotlinkHR™ training combines webinars, videos, on-screen help, and on-call experts to ensure that you are using the system to the best advantage for your business. Training includes best practices for HR management, compliance programs, system functionality, configuration options, and program administration, all provided in user friendly formats.
