As a hosted, web-based solution, HotlinkHR™ is quick and simple to implement and no software installation is necessary. Data can be accessed from any computer - anywhere in the world - that has a network connection. The HotlinkHR™ subscription is billed as a recurring service, on a monthly or yearly billing cycle on a per employee basis.

With HotlinkHR™ the hardware and software is our responsibility. You simply maintain access to the Internet. As there is no software to download, HotlinkHR™ can be made instantly available across the entire organization, even where the organization has multiple regional dealerships or offices. Since there is no software, the considerable time and resources required for periodic updates is also completely eliminated, and enhancement and updates are available the next time you log in.

Security

All transmissions of data between clients and HotlinkHR™ are through a secured socket layer (SSL) which is verified by COMODO, and the internet security service provider. Personal identification information and other sensitive data (including Social Security #, Driver’s License, and Date of Birth) is encrypted.

HotlinkHR™ uses an independent service to monitor data security as well as to assess vulnerability and provide updates and enhancements to data security procedures.
