As a hosted solution, KPA's HR Management system is quick and simple to implement. As a web-based application, no software installation is necessary. Data can be accessed from any computer —anywhere in the world— that has a network connection. KPA's HR Management system subscription is billed as a recurring service, on a monthly or yearly billing cycle, on a per employee basis.

Personal identification information and other sensitive data (including Social Security #, Driver’s License, and Date of Birth) is encrypted.
KPA's HR Management system uses an independent service to monitor data security as well as to assess vulnerability and provide updates and enhancements to data security procedures.
