Management By Strengths (MBS)

The MBS program is designed to provide dealerships with the tools and information they need to make good hiring decisions, improve teamwork, and enhance employee morale, ultimately leading to increased productivity and higher employee retention.

The MBS program features a user-friendly online survey tool that measures key temperament traits; Directness, Extroversion, Pace, and Structure. Managers and employees then use this information to select the best employee for a particular job, and to enhance team building throughout an organization.

The MBS program is provided by KPA's partner Managment By Strenghts and is fully integrated within the KPA's HR Management workflow for hiring. The survey tool may be included with the online employment application.
