The HotlinkHR™ subscription pricing is based on number of active employees. The subscription is a monthly charge.
Your subscription includes:

As a hosted, web-based solution, HotlinkHR™ is quick and simple to implement and no software installation is necessary. Data can be securely accessed from any computer that has a network connection.

Pricing is based on per employee charge within a "band". For a multi location organization the subscription can be billed proportionally between locations based on number of employees per location. Pricing is all inclusive for implementation and training. Additional fees apply for customized documents, policies and handbooks.
