Bill's Philosophy

My favorite thing about KPA which ties into my own personal philosophy is that we are all about teamwork. We take pride that our teams across all departments are always working seamlessly toward a unified goal. Our clients’ needs always come first. This vision and focus are validated every year by our 96%+ annual retention rate.



I am motivated by new challenges. I love working towards big goals alongside great people. Family is always first, we are big foodies and love to cook together and entertain friends. I have a passion for coaching and I’ve had the privilege to coach all three of my kids in basketball, baseball, softball, and golf. I have coached basketball at both the college and AAU level and remain passionate about the game. Golf is both something I love and hate, all depending on the day!


I have a BA from the University of Baltimore and am a graduate of the NADA Dealer Academy. I recently completed the High Impact Sales Strategy executive program from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business.



I have over 18 years of executive management experience at some of the country’s most successful dealer groups, bringing a wealth of automotive retail experience to the KPA management team. Throughout my career, I have designed and implemented highly effective sales and operational management processes, developing a specialty as an accomplished trainer, providing results-driven training programs for all levels of dealership personnel. Prior to KPA, I was Vice President of Sales & Operations for Cox Digital Exchange and Director of Sales for VAuto.
